Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator. Contact your internal admin or email support@aidesign.network if you're setting up a new team.
Three roles are available:
Technician — access to the HLD designer, KML routing, HLD report generation and customer management.
Commercial — access to RFP tracking, Customer 360°, account plans, pricing and supplier management.
Admin — full access to all modules plus user and company management.
All three roles share the RFP Workspace and Customer 360° pages.
When you click "Generate HLD Report" inside a project, your network topology (nodes, routes, equipment) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API. Claude produces a structured High-Level Design document including executive summary, technical architecture, bill of materials and financial analysis.
You can then edit the report inline (bold, lists, headings, tables) and export it as PDF.
All your data (projects, RFPs, customers, reports) is stored on our dedicated servers in the European Union. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data storage and processing.
Yes. On the Customer 360° page, drag and drop RFPs, HLD projects or account plans between the "Available" and "Linked" columns. The link is bidirectional — you can also link from the RFP Workspace directly via the "Linked customer" dropdown in the Commercial tab.
We provide a built-in catalog of submarine and terrestrial cables (Africa-focused, including EASSY, EIG, SEA-ME-WE-4/5, WACS and many more). You can also upload your own KML files via the settings page. Routing is computed via a Python NetworkX backend.
Email privacy@aidesign.network with your request. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
A REST API is on our roadmap. Custom integrations (webhooks, SFTP exports, CRM sync) are available on Enterprise plans — contact sales@aidesign.network to discuss.
Standard plans target 99.5% monthly uptime during business hours. Enterprise plans include guaranteed SLAs with priority support and 4-hour response times for critical incidents. Contact us for details.
