1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the service available at aidesign.network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
If you accept the Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
2. Description of the Service
AI Design Network provides a web-based platform for telecom network High-Level Design (HLD), KML routing, automatic report generation using artificial intelligence, RFP management, customer relationship workflows (Customer 360°), and related collaboration features for Technical and Commercial teams.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
3.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aidesign.network of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Roles
The Service uses role-based access control (Admin, Technician, Commercial). Roles are assigned by your organisation's administrator and determine which modules and data you may access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Upload malicious code, attempt to compromise the Service's security, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code (beyond what is permitted by law)
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam) or harvest data about other users
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Use the Service to compete with us or to build a similar product
5. Your Content
You retain all rights, title and interest in the network topologies, KML files, RFPs, customer data, reports and any other content you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
6. AI-Generated Content
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its code, design, trademarks, KML processing algorithms and AI prompts — is owned by AI Design Network and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, no licence is granted to you.
8. Fees and Subscriptions
The Service may be offered free of charge or via paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing on 30 days' written notice
- Late payment may result in suspension of the Service
If you are using a free tier or evaluation version, usage limits and features may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk for us, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. We will make Your Content available for export for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI DESIGN NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (c) Your Content.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
